Manchester United have been linked with Lyon’s exciting young forward Rayan Cherki, while Ipswich Town striker Liam Delap and Sheffield United’s Ryan One could further strengthen their attack in the summer. Elsewhere, Brondby’s Mathias Kvistgaarden expects to move on this summer amid speculation he could join Celtic, and Chelsea’s owners have posted mammoth losses once more.

Man Utd lead race for Cherki

In-demand French forward Rayan Cherki is wanted by clubs around Europe, but the Mirror believes Manchester United lead the way.
The 21-year-old scored against United on Thursday in the UEFA Europa League, but he thinks fondly of the club after he visited as a teenager.
The paper states: "Manchester United are leading the chase for exciting Lyon forward Rayan Cherki – the biggest threat to their Europa League ambitions. The 21-year-old, who would cost an accountant-happy £20 million, is being watched by a host of Premier League clubs, including Liverpool.
"Cherki almost joined the Old Trafford academy when Nicky Butt was in charge before signing his first pro deal with hometown club Lyon. At the age of 16, United were well aware of the ball playing attacker’s talent and, despite missing out, they have since monitored the France Under-21 star and are now set to make a move in the summer.
"Last summer Cherki turned down an approach from French giants Paris Saint-Germain, which helped make him a hero with the Lyon fans.
"But knowing how well treated he was when he was shown around United’s Carrington training ground has given the Reds a head start for a player who equalised in the last seconds of Thursday’s 2-2 Europa League tie."

United track teenage striker

Manchester United are interested in Ajax midfielder Abdellah, 16, and Sheffield United’s 18-year-old striker Ryan One.
One is also a target for Ipswich Town, who may end up losing their own forward Liam Delap to United.
The Daily Mail reports: "Manchester United are showing interest in Ajax teenager Abdellah Ouazane.
"Club scouts watched the 16-year old steal the show at the U17 Africa Cup of Nations Championships in Morocco last week as he guided the host country towards a semi-final place against Ivory Coast this Tuesday.
"Athletic, excellent on the ball, Ouazane is a versatile midfielder with strong dribbling ability and an eye for both a goal and a pass.
"He joined Ajax from Zeeburgia in 2016, alongside his older brother Zakaria who is a striker, and has been likened in style to Jude Bellingham.
"They have also checked on Sheffield United's 18-year old Ryan One though Ipswich Town are expected to bid this summer.
"Striker One is viewed as a possible replacement for Liam Delap who is top of Manchester United's wish list this summer owing to his £30m clause if Ipswich go down."

Kvistgaarden expected to leave

Brondby forward Mathias Kvistgaarden has hinted that he will be on the move in the coming transfer window.
The striker has long been a target for Scottish giants Celtic, who are looking for a striker in the summer.
The Daily Record explains: "Celtic transfer target Mathias Kvistgaarden has hinted that he could be ready to leave Brondby this summer.
"The striker has been on Brendan Rodgers' radar in the last two windows but the Hoops were unable to agree a deal for the Denmark U21 international in January, with Brondby unwilling to budge on their £14 million asking price.
"After selling Kyogo to Rennes for £10 million in the mid-season window, Rodgers currently only has one recognised striker in Adam Idah at his disposal, although player of the year contender Daizen Maeda has scored goals for fun since being moved into a central position and took his tally to 31 for the campaign with a goal in Celtic's 5-1 hammering of Kilmarnock on Saturday.
"But with the Irishman still keen to bolster his attacking options when the window opens up again in June, Celtic's interest in Kvistgaarden - who has scored 41 goals in 116 appearances for Brondby, including 17 this season - could be ramped up again.
"And while the 22-year-old insists he is happy in Copenhagen, the forward admits the upcoming summer window will be 'very exciting'."

Chelsea owners suffer huge loss

Chelsea’s owners have lost more than £1 billion after heavy spending, according to The Sun.
There was a £445.5m loss this season for 22 Holdco Ltd, which also owns Chelsea’s women's team and Strasbourg in France.
The paper reports: "Chelsea’s owners have lost £1 billion over the last two seasons despite the club posting profits.
"The Blues are controlled by chiefs Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali via parent company 22 Holdco Ltd.
"The business, which also owns the Chelsea women's team and French side Strasbourg, have posted worrying figures in their latest accounts.
"This season they have lost a whopping £445.5m and it comes after they ended the previous year with a £653m deficit. Over two years of trading, the company's losses are at £1.1bn."
