UPDATE: The scene of the crash has cleared, and all traffic is moving at a normal rate.Traffic is partially blocked on Interstate 71 near the Norwood Lateral, following a crash Thursday night.Hamilton County emergency crews are responding to the scene, on the northbound side of the highway near mile marker 7. Ohio Department of Transportation cameras show at least two lanes on the right blocked by the crash. The number of vehicles involved, as well as the presence of any injuries, is still unknown.
