Elon Musk has a superfan.

She even made a music video that was shot on a Tesla Cybertruck’s back.

The music video celebrates the billionaire’s “master plan to save our lives.”

Many people, however, find the nearly three-minute video difficult to watch.

“Tesla haters” are criticising the video, asking whether it was a “leaked audition video from a woman hoping to bear Elon’s 53rd child.”

The Musk song

The video was created by Alessandra Basher, who describes herself as a stay-at-home mom with “dreams” of becoming a stand-up comedian.

She shared the video on Sunday with her 5,600 followers on X.

“SpaceX flies / Tesla self-drives / Starlink beams with laser dreams / he’s got a master plan for our lives,” Basher sings into a mic stand on the back of a Cybertruck while sporting a cowboy hat and a “Dogefather” T-shirt with Musk’s face.

The song also attributes the billionaire to “eliminating woke pain” and securing humanity’s survival by “making kids to keep mankind alive,” interspersed with videos of Musk appearing at Trump rallies. Other lines include: “One more kid, one more brand, launching rockets with just one hand.”

Her video has received 1.8 million views so far. The billionaire has not yet responded.

Backlash

The music video didn’t sit well with others, even users on Musk’s own social media platform, X.

“That is so much cringe,” an X user reacted to the video, as another one added, “There’s cringe. And then there’s this s***.”

A netizen wrote, “Literally the most cringe thing on the internet right now,” and another one said, “Can’t tell if this is parody. But it’s definitely creepy either way.”

“Huge Elon fan but I hated every second of this,” someone said, while others mused whether the video was a satire. “I thought this was satire for sure, but it’s obviously impossible to tell in these ridiculous times,” another person chimed in.

Basher said she was compelled to write the song because of the “nonsense hate” Musk is receiving for his leading role in gutting the federal government on behalf of the Trump administration.

After facing backlash, Basher fired back in a follow-up post, “I’m not trying to have a baby with Elon. I’m just having fun creating and performing a song to say thanks for what he did and is doing for this country and the world. I had to do this because all the nonsense hate he is getting.”

Protests against Tesla

Cybertrucks set ablaze. Bullets and Molotov cocktails were aimed at Tesla showrooms.

Attacks against properties bearing Elon Musk’s electric vehicle company’s logo are becoming more frequent both domestically and abroad. Tesla shops, auto lots, charging stations, and privately owned vehicles have all been attacked, however no injuries have been reported.

There’s been a clear uptick since President Donald Trump took office and empowered Musk to oversee a new Department of Government Efficiency that’s slashing government spending.

Numerous nonviolent protests have been planned by Musk’s critics at Tesla manufacturing and dealerships in North America and Europe. A US senator who had a falling out with Musk is among the Tesla owners who have pledged to sell their cars.

The attacks are also keeping law enforcement busy.

A woman was charged by Colorado prosecutors last month in relation to assaults on Tesla stores, which included the spray-painting of the words “ Nazi cars” on a building and the throwing of Molotov cocktails at cars.

Additionally, a man who allegedly set fire to Tesla charging stations close to Charleston was arrested by federal officials in South Carolina two weeks ago. In an affidavit, a Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives agent stated that officials discovered anti-government and anti-Doge writings in his wallet and bedroom.

“The statement made mention of sending a message based on these beliefs,” the agent wrote.

An Oregon man faces charges after allegedly throwing several Molotov cocktails at a Tesla store in Salem, then returning another day and shooting out windows. In the Portland suburb of Tigard, more than a dozen bullets were fired at a Tesla showroom earlier, damaging vehicles and windows, the second time in a week that the store was targeted.

Four Cybertrucks were set on fire in a Tesla lot in Seattle earlier this month.

According to experts, it is now difficult to predict whether the recent wave of incidents will develop into a long-term trend.
