The Musikverein Wien has announced its 2025-26 season. Here is a look at the vocal performances of the season.

Herbert Lippert Joins the Philharmonia Schrammeln for “Das is’ die Wiener G’müatlichkeit.”

Martin Haselböck conducts the Orchester Wiener Akademie in a program by Bach. Johanna Rosa Falkinger, Hannah Fheodoroff, Daniel Johannsen, and Alexandre Baldo are the soloists

The ORF RSO Wien will be conducted by Markus Poschner. Robert Kovács and Paul Schweinester perform music by Lili Boulanger and Alexander Zemlinsky.

Tugan Sokhiev, Dirigent conducts the Wiener Philharmoniker in music by Johann Strauss II with soloist Nikola Hillebrand.

The Wiener Symphoniker will be conducted by Petr Popelka and will showcase Anna Vinnitskaya and Hannah-Elisabeth Müller in music by Wagner, Ravel, Berg, and Mozart.

Chen Reiss, Michaela Selinger, Jan Petryka, and Florian Boesch lead Haydn’s Mass. The Orchester Wiener Akademie and Wiener Sängerknaben will be conducted by Martin Haselböck. The program also includes Ján Krigovský and music by Mozart.

Marco Armiliato and Aigul Akhmetshina team up with the Tonkünstler-Orchester Niederösterreich. The program includes music by Chausson, Wagner, Mendelssohn, and Elgar.

The Wiener Concert-Verein will be conducted by Nuno Côrte-Real and will feature mezzo-soprano Megan Kahts. The program includes music by Alisa Kobzar, Joseph Haydn, John Dowland, and Nuno Côrte-Real.

The Arditti String Quartet and soprano Christina Daletska lead a program of music by Hilda Paredes, Luigi Nono, and Arnold Schönberg.

Kate Lindsey and Georg Nigl perform Mozart alongside the Concentus Musicus Wien and Stefan Gottfried.

Simona Eisinger, Flaka Goranci, Rainer Trost, Hans-Jörg Gaugelhofer, and Günter Haumerstar in Schubert’s Mass in E Flat Major.

The Capella Istropolitana under Vasilis Tsitsianis will perform works by Felix Mendelssohn-Bartholdy, Sir Henry Bishop, Antonio Santana, Ludwig van Beethoven, Ernest Bloch, Claude Debussy, Camille Saint-Saëns, Carl Frühling and Johann Strauß Vater. Soloists include James Strauss, Aleksandra Szmyd, Inês Simões, Yulia Savrasova, Pacho Flores, Jitka Hosprova, and Liina Leijala.

Shira Patchornik and violinist Alessandro Ciccolini perform music by Antonio Caldara, Nicola Matteis d.J., Giuseppe Porsile, and Antonio Vivaldi. Le Musiche Nove is conducted by Claudio Osele.

The Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich under Paavo Järvi performs Mahler’s Symphony No. 2 with soloists Mari Eriksmoen and Anna Lucia Richter.

The Ensemble Kontrapunkte under Gottfried Rabl will perform works by Kurt Schwertsik. Josipa Bainac and Georg Nigl are the soloists.

Matthias Goerne and Daniil Trifonov perform Franz Schubert’s Sonate für Klavier B-Dur and Schwanengesang.

The Wiener Symphoniker and Adam Fischer lead a program of music by Haydn and Mozart. The soloists are Katharina Konradi, Yajie Zhang, Mauro Peter, and Florian Boesch.

Lahav Shani conducts the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra in Bruckner’s Te Deum with Elza van den Heever, Gerhild Romberger, Daniel Behle, and Kostas Smoriginas. Martha Argerich will perform Schumann’s Piano Concerto. The program opens with Johan Wagenaar’s Cyrano de Bergerac Ouvertüre.

The Cappella Istropolitana will be conducted by Vasilis Tsiatsianis.

Francisco Navarro Lara conducts “Concert for Lovers” with flautist Francisca Gavilán Zurita, soprano Nathalie Peña Comas, and Jörg Schneider. The concert includes music by Tchaikowsky, Dvořák, Mascagni, Offenbach, Shostakovich, Mendelssohn, Bizet, Massenet, Strauß Sohn, and Ravel.

Patricia Nolz joins the Ensemble Wien in music by Weber, Mozart, Rossini, Camilla Frydan, Friedrich Cerha, and Oscar Straus.
