Everyone's favorite siblings will be inducted into the New Jersey Hall of Fame this fall. The Jonas Brothers are set to be immortalized in the state's history as part of the class of 2025.
The announcement came on Sunday at JonasCon in the American Dream Mall as legendary Giants quarterback Eli Manning announced the band's induction to thousands of their fans.
Kevin, Nick and Joe Jonas, who grew up in Wyckoff, have touched the hearts of many, making iconic pop-rock spanning over three decades.
The band also dabbled in acting starring in Disney movie favorites Camp Rock and the sequel, Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.
The Jonas Brothers are the youngest inductees in the New Jersey Hall of Fame, according to the organization's President Steve Edwards.
“At the New Jersey Hall of Fame home in American Dream, and for the rest of their lives, the Jonas Brothers will serve as inspiration to new generations of young people of what it means to become your best in life,” said Edwards.
The group will also perform at the live ceremony, which will be held in the fall. The date, location and rest of the class of 2025 will be announced in June, said the NJ Hall of Fame in a written statement.
The NJHOF has been inducting new members since 2008 and honors nearly 250 individuals for their contributions across numerous fields. Some members include legends such as Frank Sinatra, Bruce Springsteen, Shaquille O'Neal, Jon Bon Jovi, James Gandolfini, Queen Latifah and many more. Last year's inductees included actor Paul Rudd, actress Meryl Streep and former Giants quarterback Phil Simms.
People can let their voices be heard on who they want to see in the Class of 2025 as voting is now open through April 15. The public's voting is taken into consideration.
The New Jersey Hall of Fame exhibit is located at the American Dream Mall with tickets available for purchase.
