A new stake has been created from the Gagnoa Cote d’Ivoire District. The Gagnoa Cote d’Ivoire Stake, which consists of the Baruhio, Garahio, Lakota, Ouragahio, Soleil and Zapata branches and the Babre, Divo, Dougako, Guiberoua, Konankro and Plateau wards, was created by Elder Larry S. Kacher, General Authority Seventy, and Elder D. Martin Goury, an Area Seventy.

A new stake has been created from the Puebla México Nealtican North and Puebla México Nealtican stakes. The Nealtican México South Stake, which consists of the Carranza, Citlalli, Independencia, Prolongación, Yetlaneci and Zaragoza wards, was created by Elder Rafael E. Pino, General Authority Seventy, and Elder Eduardo F. Ortega, an Area Seventy.
