Name Rick Astley

Best known for Great hair.

Current city  Los Angeles.

Really want to be in Rome. Eating and drinking, chillin’.

Excited about Mixtape tour 2022.

My current music collection has a lot of  Old stuff, Bill Withers, Al Green, Crowded House.

And a little bit of  New stuff, Blossoms, Inhaler.

You wouldn’t expect me to listen to  Slipknot, Duality.

Preferred format  Vinyl is cozy and most of mine is about reminiscing, but I love the immediacy of streaming. Shazaming something and then being able to listen to the whole track is amazing.

5 Albums I Can’t Live Without:

1
Crowded House, Crowded House

It’s the first album I listened to after spending the first evening with my wife. We both loved the record anyway separately, but it became “our” record.

2
Avalon, Roxy Music

It is recording at its finest, the songs are great too but the production and playing are just amazing! It really woke me up to what could be achieved.

3
Greatest Hits, Foo Fighters

Picking the greatest hits feels like a cop out, but I could have chosen literally any one of their albums. If I’m going to be stranded on an Island I would like the power of their “hits” to get me through the rough times.

4
The Smiths, The Smiths

It was a game-changer, nothing sounded or spoke to people like this. A great band that could only have come from Manchester and that made us local kids believe that the world didn’t just belong to “other” people.

5
Only Revolutions
, Biffy Clyro

Because “I still believe.”
