Patrons let loose at Liquid Spiritz

With patrons dancing to every song and the energy at the event remaining high throughout the night, the promoters of Liquid Spiritz had every reason to smile.

When the party was held at Pulse8 in New Kingston last Saturday, under the theme ‘Soca Meets Dancehall’, there was definitely a fusion of genres. Popular selector DJ Nicco played the final lap and had the patrons dancing up a storm.

He was unapologetic when he rinsed ‘girl songs’, and the females showed their appreciation by letting loose.

DJ Lantern also pleased the partygoers with his selections.

And although some patrons complained that they didn’t hear enough soca songs, DJ Drumline said: “It seemed as if the crowd was more of a dancehall crowd in my opinion.”

Nonetheless, he, along with DJ Spin, still managed to entertain the patrons.
