I.
1.We had reported parts of the Auschwitz lawsuits based
on the failure of US Power Holders to bomb the railway brid-
ges between Hungary and Auschwitz to prevent the depor-
tatin of Hungarian Jews.
But US Military has robbed the "Gold Train".
.
2.At the Federal District Court in NY the Jewish Auschwitz Resis-
tance, which had included slave workers, filed a complaint vs.
President George W. Bush based on Unjustified Enrichment of
Prescott Bush and his clan by Auschwitz Slavery Profit..
Absorbing this profit has been a crime against Humanity also.

3. Before the reelection of President Bush the CH J in NY
gave a Summons to the plaintiffs for delivering to White House.
After the reelection of Bush the CH J has put the lawsuit on ice.
The plaintiffs did not receive defendant's answer or any opinion/
order of CH J.

4.In the complaint the Jewish Auschwitz Resistance had explained
the collaboration between Deutsche Reichsbank, Bank of England
and Federal Reserve Bank of NY, for example. Despite the Rule
of Public Law - the Reichbank has been a "öffentlich-rechtliche
Anstalt nach Preussischem Recht" - these banks had private owners,
which collaborated until the end of WW II and later on.

II.
After WW II Responsibilities of American Nazi collaboraters remained
unsolved.
The Roosevelt/Morgenthau Jr. Group wanted to shatter the basis of
cooperation on High Finance level by a strategic package.
1944 the BIS, Basel, should be resolved. The New Instituions of Bretton
Woods should bring Financial Power from NY to Washington DC. Demo-
cratization should be established. The Nuremberg Rules should bring the
Main Nazi War Criminals to court, but American Top collaboraters also.
Measures against International Cartels, Trusts and Syndicates should
follow.

III.
Roosevelt died. By a "Great Deal" the package has been buried - including
the "Bombing Auschwitz complex".
Today the global High Finance Strategy is unknown again.
There are no Rules for the private owners of global finances.
Global Sovereign Funds and some State Funds act as Refinanciers
of Governments and companies, which had been "Financial Crisis" victims.
The private accumulation is running and will rule States and companies.

IV.
That's wy the Auschwitz Slavery Lawsuit must be renewed.
