In the Instagram picture, which has received more than 43,000 likes, Megan posed at the bottom of a flight of stairs in the glitzy blue dress.

She showed off her cleavage in the skimpy outfit, which skimmed her thighs, and paired her glam look with black heels.

She pulled her chestnut locks into a ponytail as she smiled for the camera.

But some of her fans voiced worries about her weight, while others simply told her to eat more.

Many people commented on the post with the simple message, 'Too thin', and one person wrote: 'It's not a good image for others.'

Some belligerent social media users wrote messages such as, 'You're way too skinny, eat a steak', and 'Get some doughnuts down your neck'.

Others were simply concerned and one fan commented: 'Hope you're eating ok, [you] look so bony.'

But some of Megan's fans criticised the other commenters for 'body shaming'.

This isn't the first time the reality star has been criticised for her looks.

In June, Megan's Instagram fans told her she was too thin when she posed in a bikini.

More unusually, the star was also forced to deny that she had six toes.

The beauty who was 'bullied' for her feet after uploading a sexy, yet barefoot picture of herself, defiantly uploaded a close-up snap of her feet to prove her critics wrong.

'Just to clarify to you stupid idiots. I have 5 toes on each foot. It's actually so sad that people troll me so much!' she began in a lengthy caption alongside the grainy picture that focused on her flip-flop clad feet.

Megan has made no secret of her desire to achieve singing superstardom - following failed stints on Britain's Got Talent, two bids at The X Factor, an attempt to win a place in a TOWIE girl band and a turn on Open Mic UK.

After reports of her show first surfaced in May, she has now confirmed the news with her Instagram post as she pouted into the camera while looking right at home in her cowboy hat, crop top and frayed denim skirt.
