In the 2017 Academy of Country Awards, singer Carrie Underwood stepped out in her black ruffle mini dress that got people talking about how great her body looked.

Netizens have been abuzz by what they have called Underwood's best shape ever. The 34-year-old singer was drop-dead gorgeous with her outfits at the Awards that showed how hard she worked on getting the shape she is now in, the E-News  reports.

What people do not know is that despite Underwood being a vegan, she hates being hungry and food is always lying around her house as an aide whenever she has the need to eat, Underwood reveals in an interview with the Cosmopolitan

The Consistency

Underwood said in an interview with the E! News that a great body requires consistency, very few splurges and hard work. She emphasized how important it is to stay consistent with eating habits and work out schedules.

Right after Underwood gave birth, the singer could not get back immediately from her usual workout routine so she devised a plan to still keep moving without risking her condition. She said being flexible in your desire to still work your body out is a must to achieve goals.

Look for a fitness partner! For the singer herself, her greatest motivator was her husband, Mike Fisher.

The Variety

Underwood's trainer, Erin Oprea, said that it's good to shock your body from a variety of exercise. Although it's good to stick to a healthy diet, Underwood does not stick to the same routine of exercise and mixes things up.

Determination and Hard Work

Underwood said she deserves the body she has worked hard for. Plus, her lifestyle also affects everything. For the singer, fitness is a lifestyle.

Underwood added that when she works out, she feels good about herself and she believes that if she can do it, everyone could do it too.
